Excuse my ignorance, but are you talking about vacuum tubes on this thread? If you are, I have five differently sized vacuum tubes from an old reel-to-reel tape recorder that look really complicated inside, possibly tetrodes or pentodes. I think they are fairly modern (for vacuum tubes). Are these useful in any way? And how do I find out what they are for sure? Thanks, Alan Williams
