and has been out on workman's comp for quite a while.  I am familiar with 
their coil and the transformer is enclosed in an insulated box, which is 
inside a cabinet, so I can't imagine how it happened, but I understand they 
are hushing it up.  Again, this is all third hand from an ex-employee, but a 
reliable source.
