In the UK Maplin have 50W resistors -at- £1.99 incl VAT detail as follows,
Current catalogue page 224
wire wound  aluminium clad
wkg V 1.25kV (ac/dc)
values from 0.1 to 1000 ohms
You can parallel or series thes to produce the values you need.
