Foam toroid details

Some have asked about the details of the 7" x 30" custom foam toroid that I
recently ordered.  I just received it today, and the details and pictures

Briefly, a medium density (2 lb/cu ft) styrofoam toroid was custom made for
me for $115, plus $30 shipping.  The vendor is:

I plan to coat it with epoxy to further stiffen it, then cover it with
