Incase you haven't heard, "Tesla Systems" (www.teslasystems-dot-com) has already
tried using propane in conjunction with a good sized TC.  The effects are
quite astonishing.  The flame conveys the current several feet away from the
operator before streamers break out.  I thought this might make a good torch
for the experiment -
