Re: Strike Rail Yes? No?



Hi Tom, 
A strike rail (or ring) is a ground target an arc seeking the primary.
Typically fashioned as a singular wire (tube) slightly above the outer primary
winding. There is a 1 or 2 inch gap where the strike ring ends meet. The strike
ring would be connected to RF ground.
