Hi Y'all,

  I've completed the update to the TCBA (Tesla Coil
Builders Association) News Index thru vol 19 issue 3.

  With the postage increase and ever increasing size
of the index, I had to raise the shipping price for
disks and printed copies.

  The good news is that a version is freely available
on the web. As usual, it is posted on Steve Cole's web
page (thanks Steve! take a bow).

  If you feel guilty about getting something for
nothing, might I suggest a small donation in the name
