Hi Mark,

	The larger the capacitance value the more current they draw.  For 60Hz AC
at 120 volts, caps draw ~45mA/uF.  So a 350uF will draw 16 amps and your
3500uF will draw 160 amps!!! 

PFC caps are plugged right into the AC line and they MUST be designed for
that service...
