Actually , there is case where can.. but it can happen
only if two LC circuits don't match in their natural
frequencies.
Inspite of that voltage gain over sqrt(L2/L1) rule
,efficiency of energy transfer primary-secondary is
ruined that way.
Not a sats. option if you ask me.
