The diodes are on pg.13 in the bottom left of catalog 599 which I think
is the new one.  I believe you can order the catalog and the parts from
http://www.mouser-dot-com, call at (800) 346-6873 or email at
sales-at-mouser-dot-com. 

The diodes are Mouser Stock #583-HVM16.  IFM surge amps is 50 and cost is
$5.72 for each or $4.45 in the 100s and $3.56 in the 500s.  Operating and
storage temp is -65C to 175C.

For those of you who like making diode strings for cheaper, JAMECO sells
the 1N400(is it 8 or 7?) 1kv 1amp diode for 2 cents each in the 100s.
