	That voltage rating sounds high to me - I think that about 5000 VDC
would be closer.  I'd really examine the thing to see if there weren't a
working voltage rating on it somewhere.  Such capacitors are ncommonly
rated for DC working voltage, and RMS current at several different
frequencies, which in effect determines the allowable voltage.
