Yes --- a series resonance feed system.  It works great -- no real need for
the pri/sec system in the driver.  David Sloan's paper documents this
effect well and offers several methods to achieve it.  He hit 1 MEV at 100
kilowatts running a 2 turn drive into an 18 turn inductor --- 1 inch dia
copper tubing with water circulating thru it.
