Mike Hammer showed me what I did wrong in my calcs. I was figuring 3
caps of .03 each in series for a total of .01 uF using 4 layers of 6 mil
poly. The problem: I was figuring 24 mil total, not 24 mil in between
foil sheets, so I had divided the 4 sheets up and had 12 mil on both
sides which doubled the capacitance I needed (and cut the voltage req.
in half!)
