I had set up my 8" coil this last holloween and placed a pumkin on each
side of it ( 4 feet from each side) on 7' tall metal posts ( to attract
the streamers), the kids would walk into the alcove ( created by the
double gate and table ) I would hit the switch for the coil after they
were gathered around. 90% of the kids left running 50% of the parents
jumped. Once the word got out about the coil, there were close to 20
cars parked along the curb and people standing around in awe watching
the display. At that point the questions never ended :) !!

If you plan to do a coil setup IN a haunted house enviroment, the double
chicken wire cage system would seem best compared to an expensive
plexiglass envelope..
