Or if you don't worry about sealing against atmospheric moisture -- no
problem --- just watch your hard earned $$$$ fly away as your Freaking
Sparks burn up your Freaking Coil.

Like the advertisment on a billboard for dental work says, "Ignore your
teeth and they'll go away".

Proper engineering is not something you can ignore.  Been there --- done
that!!
