Hi All,
         Just to say I've decided to come back on list for a while to see 
what i've been missing :-)  My new coil makes its debut run in a day or so.  
Just thought I'd run the spec past you to see what I've done wrong ;-)

PSU:
 4.8kVA 10KV DC PSU
 9µF Reservoir cap
 Choke charging
 Diode string to prevent rf from feeding back to the psu

Tank:
 Cap - 0.06266µF
      - 30kV DC
      - dv/dt = 10000 V/µs
 Lpri - 0-350µH
      - 3/8" refrigeration grade copper pipe 
      - 22 turns close wound
      - Inter-turn Insulated with 1.5mm poly
Sec:
 Lsec - 310mH
       - DC R =120
       - 325mm diameter
       - 1400mm winding length
 Terminal - Assorted Toroids - up to 60pF
