To all who need a decent way to measure C & L (and V, A, R) for TC stuff:

I just got a flyer from Tech America advertising the Wavetek Digital
Multimeter which can measure L (1 mH-20H) and C (1 pF-2000 uF) as well as
the usual DVM voltages, currents and resistance.  Cost is $99.95 which is
about a $15 savings, good through Dec.  Catalog # 910-0156.  I have one of
these meters and recommend it as a good deal.
