15 kva into a 8" dia coil

i've been curious to try and hook up my 15 kva pig to my 8"x26" coil.  this
secondary has around 900 turns of #22 guage wire.  i've heard from someone
that
if i try and pump 15 kva into a tiny coil like this, it will arc all over the
coil and turn into a fancy fireplace log.  Has anyone ever tried to pump
tons of
juice into small coils?  If so, what power level vs. secondary size/wire
guage?

my only capacitor i have is a .161 ufd Maxwell cap.  (gulp!) im thinking that
the bangs might be too intense for an 8" dia. coil.....  but if i tune it just
right.... hehehehe
