Have you ever _seen_ an MRI equipment room?  How are you planning to
transport this monster?  You realize that you are talking about many
racks of equipment weighing a total of tens of thousands of pounds?

You will need to make several trips with an 18-wheeler...

Special?  Not at all.  You'll only need 4.5 megawatts, that is, a 
railroad-car sized generator capable of supplying a small city with
electrical power... that's all.

I hate to disillusion you, but I think you are setting your sights a bit
high.
