Subject:  Capacitor formula

Can anyone help?

I found some capacitors but I do not know the capacitance values. I think
they
are correction caps. Here is the information on the cap. Can anyone help?

GE
14400 V       Single Phase
39.1 KVAR     60 Hz
95 KVBIL
Cat.  53L324RC1

Also I have a formula that someone gave me, but I not sure it is correct. Can
anyone verify it is correct?
I assuming the following:
KVAR = value on the cap
F = Frequency
KV = voltage rating of cap

         KVAR * 1000
C=  ------------------------
       2 * PI * F * KV^2

Thanks
