May I suggest that you include in this quickie view the following items:
Max Spark Length (The whole reason we make these beasts, after all!)
Secondary Size (Gives us also the Spark Length vs Sec. length info we love)
# of Primary turns
Main Cap size in microfarads
Gap Type
Nominal KVA
Transformer(s) Type & Rating e.g. 14,400v Pole Pig

Thus a Quickie entry might look like this:
60" Sparks / 6"x30"x#22 Sec / 14t Pri Tap 6 / .05 mfd / 120 BPS Rotary /
5KVA PolePig 14.4KV / Thomas McGillicudy

You could use abbreviations (list them) to make the size more compact.
Thus the above might become:
60" / 6"x30"x#22 / 14 t6 / .05 u / 14.4KV 5KVA PP / Thomas McGillicudy

If you arrange this data in columns then a coiler could quickly
locate the parameters of interest by scanning down that column.

Just a thought.
