I can send you a piece of thinwall 4" diameter PVC if you wish.  Contact

A cheap disposable brush will cost only about 90 cents.  You can keep it
in a baggie for a day or two, and pitch it afterwords.  Saves you nearly
$8 there.

One of the best places for scrounging is at a construction site.  Dig it
out of their piles of trash.
