	The life of the bulbs depends on the "real" nominal
operating temperature and the size of the filament.  Have
tables showing rate of evaporation as grams/cm^2 as a function
of temperature for pure tungsten, but that isn't enough to
figure the life.  The 13th power would imply a reduction in 
live to 50% for a 5% voltage increase, which is surely in the
right ball park.  Thanks for the original info.
