Ed:

They quoted 6-8 weeks delivery and it actually was 8 weeks.  I'm afraid
I don't have a price list but the one I purchased was 6-8% more than a
similar CP cap.  The fellow I ordered through was Tom Brown and he was
very helpful and friendly.  He is also Vice President of the company. 
So far I've been lucky with both brands, I'll keep my fingers crossed!
