 Hi Folks,
 I'm new to this list so please forgive me for not being able to search
 past threads.
 I have a 9,000V 25ma neon transformer that I believe works.  Any
 recommended testing methods?

David; You and I must live in the same neck of the woods as we have the
same zip code.Small world.

Connecting a neon tube to your transformer is a quick way to to test it
but I prefer to also test the secondaries with a meter for verification.
I have a 12000 volt unit that will light a tube but has infinite resis-
tance on one of it's windings; probably due to an internal break in the
secondary.
