Richard,
	Thank you for the kind words. I became very excited when I
thought I had some additional confirmation of the unipolar charging
that you've reported on.

This is the first thing that I checked. I disconnected the far ends of
the clip leads while keeping them connected to the neon to make sure I
wasn't see the effects of a half wave dipole driving the neon. I
wasn't; the neon extinguished.
