	M is the mutual inductance between the windings Lp
and Ls.  In the case where the primary (OR secondary) is
excited with an AC voltage (typically power line), it is
the ratio of the induced voltage in one winding to the
product of the current flowing in the other winding and\
the angular frequency (2*pi*f).
