Yes, you can go to a supply house for T.V. repair parts and get Aquadag 
spray, this might be conductive enough but if it isn't use it as a 
conductor and plate a layer of copper onto it. I have heard of the use of 
brass powders and various adhesives used to make a non-conductive toroid or 
sphere conductive but I've never tried those techniques.
