All, 

This is the Bill Wysock magnifier system which was built in consortium 
with the electric firm.  I have no evidence of 16 meter arcs other than 
the verbage in the blurb.  I have checked a number of video clips of the 
system running and the air arcs appear to not exceed 25-30 feet 
(<10meters)- straight line point-to-point.  (still quite a feat for this 
power level.)  I would hope that a definitive photo or video taped 
measurement of these longer arcs might be forthcoming as proof of this 
claim.
