9/14/96 All, Does dV/dT influence spark gap break down? Specifically, does a high dV/dT speed inonization and conduction in a spark gap as opposed to a sine wave with the same V max? If variation of dV/dT does influence inonization and conduction/nonconduction, then a lower overall V max might be used and "dwell" can be manipulated as well. RWW
